About Mali
Mali is a country that is rich with history; a major part of the greatest empire of Africa and a place that is given life by the river Niger, which flows through it.
Another major attraction of Mali is a name that is easily recognised the world over, the legendary city of Timbuktu, seen as a far flung and exciting palace to explore it often features at the top of peoples travelling list.
As well as this Mali has plenty of other aspects that easily brings it to life. A fascinating mix of cultures, including the Tuareg people that call the Sahara their home right up those who live life on the edge on the cliffs of Falaise de Bandiagara.
